Scanned and Emailed copies will be accepted however the original is also required upon admission.

Submission of this form does not guarantee entry to the School.

Priority will be given to applications received by 31 st October for January admissions.

* General Terms & Conditions:

1. School Fees payable termly in advance unless otherwise agreed.

2. One terms written notice is required if I wish to withdraw my child, or I must pay one terms fees in lieu of notice.
